At Ormic, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data.
You can request account deletion at any time using one of the following methods.
Open the Ormic app and sign in to your account.
Tap on your Profile icon in the bottom navigation menu.
Tap the Settings (gear) icon located in the top right corner.
Scroll down to the "Account" section and tap on Profile to open the Edit Profile screen.
Scroll to the very bottom and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Confirm your choice in the pop-up alert.
Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately and your account will be scheduled for deletion. Associated account data will be removed from our systems as part of the deletion process.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly.

Please include the email address associated with your Ormic account.
Requests submitted by email will typically be processed within 7 days after verification.
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted from our systems:
Authentication account and login credentials
User profile information
Learning progress and completed modules
XP, gems, and streak history
Mistake review history
Personalized settings and preferences
Associated app activity linked to your account
When your account is deleted, your personal profile information, learning progress, achievements, streaks, preferences, and other account-related data are permanently removed from our active systems.
Certain limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, subscription, or platform compliance purposes. Such retained information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill those obligations and is not used for advertising or personalization.
